Signature         1 hour  $70
This session is tailored to the individual and combines myofascial, deep tissue, and NMT techniques.
 
Deep Tissue   1 hour   $70  
Restores the body by focusing on tense, sore, fatigued muscles.  Deep Tissue Therapy is useful for preventing the build up of harmful toxins while enhancing muscle efficiency and endurance.

Neuromuscular      1 hour   $75         
This technique is very focused deep work.  Neuromuscular/NMT re-educates the muscles and speeds recovery from workouts and injuries.  The muscle as well as the attachments are addressed.

Reflexology   50 minutes   $60
This treatment integrates warm towels and aromatherapy.  Areas on the feet are stimulated that correspond to different body systems.  This is an excellent option for those who prefer a less invasive stress relief option.
 
Ionic Foot Detox   30 minutes   $40                    10 sessions   $350
The ionic foot bath helps the body detoxify more effectively and faster than herbal or fasting protocols with little or no stress.  The foot bath provides a comfortable way to rid the body of toxins.  Many people with pain, edema, and gout, swollen or deteriorating joints report considerable symptomatic relief from the session.

                  Cancellation fees:  Totals $50 & less=$25      Totals greater than $50=50%
  • Please arrive at your scheduled time.
  • Late arrivals will be charged the full session fee.
  • New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their session.
  • These therapies are not a substitute for medical care.
  • Drink plenty of water following your session.
  • A relaxing salt bath is suggested after your session to help further release toxins.
