This session is tailored to the individual and combines myofascial, deep tissue, and NMT techniques.

Deep Tissue    $115        
Restores the body by focusing on tense, sore, fatigued muscles.  Deep Tissue Therapy is useful for preventing the build up of harmful toxins while enhancing muscle efficiency and endurance.

Neuromuscular        $130         
This technique is very focused deep work.  Neuromuscular/NMT re-educates the muscles and speeds recovery from workouts and injuries.  The muscle as well as the attachments are addressed.

Ionic Foot Detox   30 minutes   $55  
The ionic foot bath helps the body detoxify more effectively and faster than herbal or fasting protocols with little or no stress.  The foot bath provides a comfortable way to rid the body of toxins.  Many people with pain, edema, and gout, swollen or deteriorating joints report considerable symptomatic relief from the session.

  • 48 hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
                       Cancellation fees:  50% of total     
  • The therapist will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
  • New clients will complete a confidential intake form.
  • Appointments that are delayed due to the client will end at the originally scheduled time.
  • These therapies are not a substitute for medical care.
  • Drink plenty of water following your session.
  • A relaxing salt bath is suggested after your session to help further release toxins.
